Be Strategic Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a strategy, risk, and technology advisory firm. This notice applies to this website and the ways you can contact us through it. If you engage us as a client, any handling of your information under that engagement is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not solely by this notice.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical information needed to operate the site. Specifically:
- Contact form details. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company (if you provide it), and the contents of your message.
- Booking details. If you book a discovery call, we collect your name, email, and any notes you add, so we can schedule and prepare for the call.
- Chat messages. When you use the chat assistant on our site, the messages you type are sent to our server and to our AI provider to generate a response. Please don’t enter sensitive personal information into the chat.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use this to build profiles of you.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use your information
We use the information above only to respond to you, schedule and conduct discovery calls, answer your questions through the chat assistant, and keep the site secure and working. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it except as described below.
Service providers we use
We rely on a few trusted third-party services to run the site. When you use the related feature, your information is shared with that provider only to deliver that feature:
- Hosting. Our website and its chat backend are hosted on a third-party hosting platform.
- Contact form. Contact form submissions are processed by a third-party form service that delivers your message to us.
- Scheduling. Discovery-call bookings are handled through a third-party scheduling service.
- AI chat. Chat messages are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses.
Each provider handles your information under its own terms and privacy practices. We share only what’s needed for the feature to work.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our communications, and then delete it when it is no longer needed. Chat messages are used to generate responses in the moment; we do not maintain them as a long-term customer record.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us through this site. To make a request, contact us at the email below and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws; we honor applicable rights regardless of where you are.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our site or practices change. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
